All our filaments have a dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm, ensuring consistent printing and no clogging.

3. What is your MOQ for wholesale orders?

Our standard MOQ is 10 spools for regular materials. For custom materials and private labeling, the MOQ is 500 spools.

4. How long is the lead time?

For stock items, the lead time is 3-7 working days. For custom orders, the lead time is 10-15 working days.

5. What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS for small orders, and sea freight for large bulk orders. We can also arrange shipping according to your requirements.

6. Do you offer custom colors and packaging?

Yes, we offer custom colors, custom packaging, and private labeling for bulk orders. Contact us for more details.

7. What is your return policy?
