Vertexfil is a premium 3D printing filament brand owned by Zhuhai Zhimei Technology Co., Ltd. and officially authorized to HONG KONG STARMAY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED for international commercial operations, sales, and payment processing.
By accessing our site or purchasing our wholesale products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature of Sales
Vertexfil is a commercial supplier selling primarily to business entities, distributors, and professional users within the United States. By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are buying products solely for commercial, industrial, professional, or wholesale use.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Order Processing Time: All orders, including premium filament sample requests and bulk wholesale orders, are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to commercial and residential addresses within the United States.
- Shipping Estimates: Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or LTL freight). Estimated standard domestic delivery ranges from 3-7 business days. We are not liable for logistics delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
- Customs, Duties & Importation: For any direct international factory shipments, the buyer (importer of record) is solely responsible for any applicable local customs clearance, import duties, or taxes required upon entry into the United States.
3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
- B2B All Sales Final Policy: Due to the commercial nature of wholesale distribution and manufacturing, all sales of bulk orders and promotional samples are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse,” change of mind, or unsold inventory.
- Defective Products & Quality Claims: If you receive a batch with manufacturing defects (e.g., severe diameter variance, out-of-spec spooling, or compromised moisture barriers), you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
- Claim Process: To submit a quality claim, please email info@vertexfil.com with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and photographic or video evidence.
- Return Shipping Costs: If a return is authorized by us for inspection or replacement, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Payment & Billing
All payments and billing transactions on this website are securely processed by HONG KONG STARMAY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. We accept payments via PayPal and authorized credit cards. All payments must be cleared in full before shipments are dispatched from our facilities.
